Elevare Development Update: Winter Construction Progress
Winter weather hasn't slowed the momentum at Elevare. Construction is advancing steadily across the neighborhood, with three of four custom homes now visibly taking shape from an aerial perspective.
The progress is particularly exciting as we look ahead to the Artisan Summer Tour 2026, where Elevare's Solara home will be featured as a showcase residence. This upcoming tour appearance marks a significant milestone for the development and will offer visitors an opportunity to experience firsthand the caliber of design and craftsmanship that defines the Elevare neighborhood.
From above, the transformation is striking. What were recently prepared homesites are now active with framing and foundations revealing the thoughtful architectural vision behind each custom design by the Modern Oasis team.
Elevare continues to offer limited remaining homesites, each presenting its own distinct characteristics - from southern-exposed flat sites to rolling topography with wetland and wooded features. Located less than one mile south of Ridgedale, the development maintains its signature balance of private, one-acre sanctuary living with convenient access to urban amenities.
