ELEVARE Development Update: Homes Taking Shape in Minnetonka
Progress at ELEVARE continues to build momentum as we move from site preparation into the next exciting phase - home construction. After a full summer dedicated to preparing the homesites, we are now beginning to bring this neighborhood to life with home building progress.
ELEVARE is off to a strong start, with four custom homes currently indesign, each architecturally designed by Charles Stinson and the team at Modern Oasis and thoughtfully crafted to respond to the land. In addition, a custom spec home, also designed by Modern Oasis, is underway and scheduled for completion in June 2026.
One of the defining qualities of ELEVARE is the diversity of its terrainand natural features. A drive through the newly paved street quickly reveals how distinct each homesite truly is.
