"When we were looking to move from Miami to Minneapolis we were referred to Swanson Homes. Blake Swanson brought us to the home in Deer Hill Preserve it was truly love at first sight, we knew it was ours just from that one visit. We loved how this house was modern but not too cold. The layout was perfect for us and we fell in love with the lighting, windows, and finishings of the house itself. We also really loved the outside exterior of the house with the contrast of textures, woods, and stonework. Working with Blake was great, he was knowledgeable and we liked his approach right off the bat to help find us our new home. "
