Doug prepares the home for final walkthrough. He
performs various detailed tasks including clean up
and touch up, as perfection is the goal.

resource of information for our customers and
trade partners. Barb is an excellent organizer and
has great computer skills. She creates and updates
most of the electronic information
for Swanson Homes.

Al Ferguson - Accountant/Controller
|

Al performs the accounting needs for Swanson Homes.
He manages accounts payable, payroll, and prepares
closing documents. Al is the liaison between the
customer and the lender ensuring proper
documentation for smooth closings.
