Mike Wincek - Project Manager


Michael coordinates the customer selections and specifications with the trade partners to complete the home. He oversees proper placement and installation which is critical to the expected fit and finish of every Swanson Home.

 


Doug Zimpfer - Finishing Technician


Doug prepares the home for final walkthrough. He performs various detailed tasks including clean up and touch up, as perfection is the goal.


Scotty Ness - Finishing Technician


Scotty also prepares our homes for final walkthrough. He performs various detailed tasks including clean up and touch up, as perfection is the goal.

 


Barb Cleveland - Office Manager/Receptionist


The pleasant voice of Swanson Homes is a great resource of information for our customers and trade partners. Barb is an excellent organizer and has great computer skills. She creates and updates most of the electronic information
for Swanson Homes.


Al Ferguson - Accountant/Controller


Al performs the accounting needs for Swanson Homes. He manages accounts payable, payroll, and prepares closing documents. Al is the liaison between the customer and the lender ensuring proper documentation for smooth closings.
